A client told me today that she was the most flawed human being there was. How many of us are vying for that position? I know I sure have. I gently challenged her story of being the most flawed person ever and explored where this message came from for her. Where has it come from for you? We all have this story to work with and hopefully overcome. We have to challenge this outdated form of self-protecting and cookie-cutter expectation. We have to love the fearful part that is worried about being kicked out or not accepted by the tribe. We have to know that existing is living in vulnerability and imperfection,  that our worthiness is not cast in concrete by those who made the molds of supposed to’s. Embrace your being and tell it you are enough, or tell it I said so, and that I am right!
