I teach my yoga classes in a dynamic, all-levels format so both experienced and beginning students are welcome. I teach mostly in the Viniyoga tradition, a harmonious breath-based style of yoga where we mindfully connect our breath and movement and find the unique way yoga expresses itself through our bodies. Join me as we gently and effectively challenge our bodies and minds to develop greater strength, flexibility and ease.

Yoga for Kids and Families
My kids and family classes are creative and playful. We cultivate focus in mind and body and enhance positive relationship with self and others. We engage in yoga postures, games, stories and relaxation. Kids will get an opportunity to both energize and relax their body and minds. Check out my original yoga adventures for kids! Stretch and Fly Yoga Dance
Stretch and Fly Yoga Dance is a unique empowering movement practice that combines simple dance moves and yoga. Experience original choreography that blends flowing movement and dynamic stillness.
Each Stretch and Fly Yoga Dance routine has a theme intended to evoke various expressions of our human experience. Some of these routines include: the Dance of the Warrior, Dance of the Chakras, Dance of Radiant Light and Dance of Release.
Classes are 75 minutes long. Class begins dancing and moving with bare feet and ends on the mat.
Yoga and Sound Healing
